Try the Raticator in your home and experience for yourself the freedom from inhumane poisons, snap-type mouse traps or rat traps, and glue traps. If you are not completely satisfied with the Raticator please email us, info@e-raticatorsa.co.za or call us on 078 306 6454 or 082 779 5516. Most issues are be resolved by email or over the phone.

Warranty

Limited 6 Month Warranty (with Proof of Purchase) – E-Raticator S.A. offers a six month limited warranty that the Raticator Infrared Max, Raticator S-Plus or Raticator Bluetooth S-Plus will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. E-Eradicator S.A’s. obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part of the product which is defective. Service can be arranged by contacting us at 078 306 6454 / 082 779 5516 or info@e-raticatorsa.co.za. Warranty is void in the event of misuse or abuse of the product or as the result of unauthorized repairs, alterations and or damages to the unit whether purposeful or accidental.

Shipping

FREE economy, counter to counter delivery, via South African Post Office Speed Servives is offered to all customers (end users) anywhere in South Africa.

Please allow 5-7 business days from order date to delivery. Payment must reflect in our bank account prior to order being dispatched for delivery or collection.

Returns

If through our troubleshooting efforts we determine that you need to return your Raticator, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions. We cannot accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number. All items returned shall be for the cost of the customer returning the goods.

Refunds for products purchased from E-Raticator S.A.

In the event that a refund is deemed necessary within 30 days (proof of purchase is required) we will gladly issue you a refund for the purchase price of the product. Any expedited shipping charges we incurred to have your Raticator delivered to you will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping cost will be for your (the customer) expense.

Third-Party Purchases

If you have purchased your Raticator through a distributor, reseller or agent, you will need to coordinate the refund with that supplier according to their product return policy. Please make sure to review the particular suppliers, return policy before making your purchase decision.

Proper Product Disposal

Although your Raticator should provide you with many years of trouble-free service, if there should come a time when your Raticator is no longer able to do it’s thing and the time has come to dispose of it, check the internet for South African laws and bylaws for the proper disposal of electronic equipment. Please do the green thing with your old Raticator as E-Raticator S.A. will not be held responsible in any way or form for fines and or penalties arising from illegal disposal methods.
